Full premixed surface combustion technology is an internationally advanced gas combustion technology that fully premixes gas and air before entering the combustion chamber, enabling fuller combustion, improving combustion efficiency, and reducing the release of harmful gases. Its characteristics are as follows:

1) Traditional high-pressure injection gas burners use diffusion combustion, while metal fiber burners use a fully premixed surface combustion method. With a small air excess coefficient, combustion is more efficient, resulting in high thermal efficiency and low CO emissions.

2) The flame of a metal fiber burner is short and uniform, without the local high temperature zone of a traditional jet burner, and the flame hole strength is low, resulting in a significant reduction in NOx generation.

3) Metal fiber burners significantly reduce combustion noise, thereby reducing flue noise.

4) Due to the compact structure of the premixed flame, this advantage can be utilized to reduce the combustion chamber size when designing the combustion chamber.

5) Convenient to obtain a large proportional power adjustment range. Stable combustion can be achieved at a heat intensity of 100-15000kw/m2.

6) When the output is small, the metal fiber burner can adopt radiation heat transfer mode, which can increase the efficiency of heat exchange.

7) It has a small thermal inertia, resulting in faster heating and cooling, extremely short time to reach infrared, and sensitive temperature control response.

8) Due to the fine porosity and thickness of the medium in the furnace head of the metal fiber burner, and the large temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the medium, the metal fiber burner has a lower tendency to backfire, which is safe and reliable.
