Details

The tubular heating furnace is generally composed of five parts: a radiation chamber, a convection chamber, a waste heat recovery system, a burner, and a ventilation system. Its structure usually includes: steel structure, furnace tube, furnace wall (lining), baffle, quick opening damper, hole type accessories, etc. The burner emits high-temperature flame and flue gas, and the high-temperature flame transmits heat to the furnace tube in the radiation chamber through radiation, thereby transferring it to the medium inside the furnace tube. High temperature flue gas enters the convection chamber of the heating furnace and transfers heat to the furnace tubes in the convection chamber through convection, which in turn transfers heat to the media inside the furnace tubes
