Structural features:
YLW series biomass fuel fired organic heat carrier boilers are assembled forced circulation chain grate (reciprocating grate) boilers. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower grate, which are assembled on site. The boiler has a compact structure, small floor area, high degree of assembly, short installation cycle, and low installation costs.
The radiant heating surface of the boiler body adopts single furnace bore or closely arranged double sided coil tubes, and the rear force serpentine convective heat exchange tubes.
According to the characteristics of the fuel, a special ash prevention structure is adopted to reduce ash deposition and facilitate ash removal. The convection heat exchange section of the boiler adopts high and low staggered arrangement, widens the spacing, and arranges soot blowing and cleaning devices to reduce ash accumulation in the boiler and improve boiler efficiency.
Compared with traditional coal-fired boilers, it has a larger furnace combustion space to adapt to the characteristics of high volatile biomass fuel.
